Paced Exercise
Using the built-in exercise pacer, it is possible to control within a preset range of motion the speed for both the concentric and eccentric phases of an exercise. Whether your preference is plyometric of super-slow, the MR can accommodate. The rep counter and timer keep track of your workout.

![]() Random Reactive Avoiding the yellow balls within the limited range of motion requires sequencing of eccentric, concentric and isometric muscle contractions. |
![]() Isometric Gate Following the path requires coordination combined with isometric muscle contractions. |
![]() Controlled Route Keeping the ring on the rope requires coordinative power in both the concentric and eccentric motion. |
![]() Random Explosive Rebounding the yellow balls off the red disk requires timing, coordination and acceleration |
![]() Controlled Position Maintaining the red ball on the track challenges coordination, reaction time, acceleration and deceleration |
![]() Random Deceleration Hitting the green cubes while avoiding th red stars requires controlled acceleration and deceleration |
![]() MR Cube can interface with handles, tubing, or other attachments |
